"Cute Plant, Surprise Roommates Included"
The plant arrived looking nice and was packaged well, so I was feeling good about it at first. Then a few days later I noticed little gnats hanging out in the soil, because apparently I ordered a plant with bonus tiny flying tenants. Super fun. I had to treat it right away, which was annoying, but customer service did respond and gave me some helpful tips. The plant is doing fine now, and overall I’m still happy with it. Just would’ve loved it even more if it showed up pest-free.

"A few did okay, but not all of them"
Some of the plants came through just fine, but a few of them started going downhill quickly. I can’t say for sure why—maybe they got stressed during shipping or just weren’t as healthy to begin with—but it was kind of a mixed result for me.

"Tracking was actually spot on"
I’ve had enough delivery updates be wrong lately that I don’t really trust the tracking until the package is in my hands. But this time, the plant tracking was right on schedule and everything showed up when it said it would. No issues at all, which was a relief.
"Checkout was fine, just a bit clunky"
I ordered from Bloomscape and the overall process was okay, but the checkout felt a little clunky on my phone. A couple pages loaded strangely, and I ended up having to type in my shipping info again, which was annoying.
The payment went through fine, and I got the confirmation email quickly, so it all worked out. I just wish the final total with delivery fees had been clearer earlier in the process. Has anyone else had the same issue with their checkout?

"Annoyingly, They Got My Order Right"
I got exactly what I ordered, and there weren’t any issues. it’s kind of irritating because I was ready to blame someone if it went wrong, but nope, everything showed up correctly.

"Plant arrived fine, but the updates absolutely could’ve been better"
My plant showed up in good shape, so no complaints there at all. But the communication updates were definitely not the best — I’m 100% sure I checked the status myself more times than I should’ve had to. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, I just really wish they had been clearer and quicker about keeping me in the loop

"Delivery fee felt fair compared to others"
I ordered a plant from bloomscape, the delivery fee felt reasonable to me. Compared to a few other sites I’ve used where I paid more to ship much smaller items, this one didn’t really bother me at all.
The plant arrived on time and in good shape, which made the fee feel even more worth it. I also appreciated that there weren’t any random extra charges popping up at checkout. I’d definitely order from them again.

Bloomscape was alright for me. I found a few houseplants I liked, mostly the usual easy ones like pothos and snake plants. If you’re just trying to get something simple and not deal with all that, it works fine.
I was kind of hoping they’d have more unusual plants though. A lot of the selection felt familiar, like stuff I’ve already seen on other plant sites, just presented a little nicer or whatever.
Overall, not a bad experience, but the variety didn’t really wow me. I’d probably give it 3 stars for that. Good for beginners, but maybe not as exciting if you already have a decent plant collection.

I ordered from Bloomscape mostly for the plant, but I was really impressed with the pot too. It has a nice weight to it, doesn’t feel cheap at all, and the finish looks clean and pretty. It fits perfectly in my room and makes the whole plant look even better. I’d definitely order from them again, especially knowing the planters are actually good quality.

"Heads up: read the return policy before ordering"
The plants arrived fine, so no complaints there, but just a warning for anyone ordering: the return policy wasn’t very easy to find or understand. I had to dig around more than I expected to figure out the details. It’s not a huge issue, but I really wish it had been clearer before I placed my order.

The care notes did help a bit, but some parts were kinda unclear. At first I was like, okay, this is useful, then halfway through I got annoyed because I had to reread things to figure out what they meant.

The plant looked healthy enough, but it was definitely smaller than what I remember being listed. I don’t recall the exact measurements now, but I do remember expecting something bigger when I ordered it.

"My mom’s birthday plant showed up in terrible shape"
I ordered this as a birthday gift for my mom. Thought it would be a nice little surprise. But when it arrived... it looked awful. Droopy, messy, like it had been tossed around or neglected. Not at all giftable. My mom was sweet about it, of course, but I felt so embarrassed. It really took the excitement out of what was supposed to be a nice birthday present.

"I’ve been using the Bloomscape subscription for..."
I’ve been using the Bloomscape subscription for a few months now, and overall it’s been easy and nice to have. The plants have shown up healthy and packed really well, and I do like not having to spend a bunch of time deciding what to get next. That said, one of the pots arrived a little messy, which was kind of annoying, even though the plant itself was totally fine. So I have a few small mixed feelings, but in general I’m happy with it so far.

"Really quick help when I needed it"
I had an issue with my order and reached out, not expecting much. But, uh, Bloomscape got back to me really quickly and were actually helpful instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. They fixed the problem without making it complicated, which made the whole thing way less frustrating. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Showed up right on time"
Ordered from Bloomscape and it arrived exactly when they said. Plant was packed well, no damage. I was a little nervous about shipping a plant, but it was totally smooth. Would order again.

"Shipping was painfully slow"
I was excited for this to arrive, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking updates didn’t really help either, since they were vague most of the time. i tried to be patient, but wow, it got annoying fast.

"Replacement was fine, just took a bit"
My plant showed up damaged, which was kind of a bummer. They did send out a replacement, but it took a few emails and some waiting around for that to happen. The new one was fine though, so in the end it all worked out.

I ordered a few plants from bloomscape and had a great experience. They arrived looking healthy, and the packaging was really solid, so everything felt well protected. One of the pots did have a small chip, but customer service took care of it quickly without any hassle. Based on this order, I’d definitely buy from them again.
